  Olshan needs to be penalized for the terrible, unprofessional service they are doing to customer. They left our yard in a complete mess with dirt everywhere holes in the yard and we have pictures to validate their work. There work is very shabby and i would never recommend them to anyone. They don't have a clean up crew, therefore the same crew has no or either don't care how they leave your property. I would like the Corporate or Mr ****** to know how his company is being representing in MS. They are terrible and every manager has the same excuses. We are totally disappointed with this work from Olshan
  Even the company that did the gutters hired by Olshan was lousy in clean up process. They left nails and a mess every where.
  I would like for this company to be held accountable for their action and to fix my yard right.

  Olshan quoted a job to install a French drain stating it would fix an issue with drainage in a basement. Work was to have a warranty. Once work was done, the issue persisted. I did not pay the company the second half of the payment because the work was done with no one present, was all under ground, and pictures were not sent as requested. I stated we’d pay once it rained and we could verify the work. They harassed us for payment. The GM sent this long email about how he told me this wouldn’t solve our issue and stated directly he wasn’t surprised the issue continued. The problem is I have him on a recorded call stating this was all we needed to do to fix all our problems and they would warranty that. Needless to say they stopped responding when the call recording was sent. Am having to retain council to try to get the monies back that was paid to these hacks.

  Olshan made a mess with dirt piled up against our rental house in Hattiesburg Ms. They have covered some of the stepping stones and left muddy prints all over the rear and side of the freshly cleaned siding. They left a mess in my driveway, front porch area and even inside my home. They left dirt piled up under our deck where we had to remove deck boards for them to work. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to this rental home and we’re shocked how they left it. We had to take care of the dirt under the deck ourselves so we could put it back together, but there is no way for us to remove all the sludge they left and now it has been suggested that Insects could now find their way in through the mounds of dirt against the almost full length of the home. We took photos and sent them and from what I was told, they agreed with our assessment. We have sent a letter since asking when they will clean up our property but have not been told any time frame. It has been almost 6 weeks now and we still have no solution.

  We had a large concrete deck that had sank approximately 6 in. Olshan came out took a look and gave us a quote said be no problem to lift it with poly foam. Technician came out was unable to move the slab more than about 2 in Olshan offered to fix a small spot in our driveway that had sunk about 1 in to compensate, technician came back out and was unable to move the slab on the driveway so two jobs with almost no effect. Just to be clear Olshan is just a storefront and contracts the work out. They have very slick advertising and in my opinion are in it for the money. I was told the local manager was going to call me and then he was supposed to come out and look at the work but I haven't seen or heard from him yet . Hopefully the foam will keep our concrete from sinking further but did not get the desired results after paying about 5K
