    On 12/24/22, I visited the Laurel Ms Roses Store in hopes of picking of last minute christmas gifts as well as a few needed items. I made my purchase( of with credit card) and left the store. Upon arriving at home ( well my mothers place in Richton) I unloaded, sorted, and payed out attire for Sunday Service. I couldn’t find the hosiery that was in the buggy, that i paid for so I assumed they may have been laying in floor of truck since bag was on floor of truck- I didn’t see them so the next morning( christmas) I went out and searched thoroughly and could not locate so I pulled out receipt to make sure I did actually purchase and I did. So I googled what yielded the company’s customer service email and submitted asking for a refund since i paid for something that was left out of my bag- I got a response with a “ sorry that happened “ and a request for my phone number- I obliged. Have not heard back so Not only emailed on 12/31/22, but 1/3/23 also. I have requested a refund of my money or they could even send a gift card or the actual product via mail, but to stay silent when I did submit a copy of my receipt to show I was charged for the item that was not included in my bag- The cashier was very elderly and slow and we were very chatty but all other items were present BUT the hosiery!
