Doesn’t honor the satisfaction guarantee. If you say 100% satisfaction then own up to it. Doesn’t answer calls, text, or email. If your going to tell a customer that you are going to fix the problem then he needs to honor that.

Dear ***** *, I apologize for your troubles and misunderstandings.

First, Pat Powers Electrical LLC does not offer any type of 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will never state that nor will we ever advertise such a guarantee. It is practically impossible to satisfy every client. However, you are my first dissatisfied client that I can recall of.

We have offered a troubleshooting and diagnostic guarantee. This was a specific program for troubleshooting and diagnostic only. The terms of this program was that if we could not figure out what the problem was, then we will not charge you any service fees. This program didn’t offer any type of satisfaction guarantee.

The services we performed for you did not involve any troubleshooting nor diagnostics. We installed a service panel for you.

Second, I have not received any phone calls regarding this complaint. One of my employees did receive a text message from you stating that your microwave was destroyed as a result of a panel board change out. It is highly unlikely that a panel board change out will cause a microwave to stop working. If a mistake was made that would cause a microwave to stop working it would often happen immediately and such mistakes often cause damage to multiple appliances when mistakes are made at the service panel board. In your case, your claim is only a microwave. Upon learning that your microwave stopped working, I personally left my vacation and family and drove ten hours to inspect the integrity of your installation. I concluded that there was no fault nor mistakes made.

The day prior to your microwave going out there was a storm. I also understand there was multiple lightning strikes and power outages. This seems to be the most reasonable cause for your microwave going out.

Third, I would usually offer some type of refund for a portion of the labor cost involved. However, you did not pay anything for this service. We were contracted through a home warranty program and you are unable to pay your portion. My family and employees donated the funds needed to pay for the materials. We all did this out of the kindness of hearts to provide you with a safer electrical system.

Please reply to us or call us and let us know what you believe a fair solution to this issue is. We would love to have you as a satisfied client. Keeping in mind that I abandoned my family while on vacation to check your system, and the fact that my family donated nearly $2000 towards your material and installation, let me know what would be fair.

Thank you, Have a blessed one.

Wasn’t aware that anything was donated to me. The conversation that I had with **** from **** & you listening in I agreed to pay $200, which I paid you. You said you would replace my microwave butt ti called & was sent to voicemail. I also text you pics of my microwave as you ask me to so you would know the size & model. Btw, you came of your on free will r because **** hired you to. How would I know you had to leave your vacation. All I want is to have a working microwave like I had before & that you said you would replace. God Bless!

There wasn’t an electrical storm at my house. The microwave worked before you replaced the breaker box. *** had me put a glass of water to make sure it was working when he was doing the troubleshooting the first visit before he did any work. **** had him checking outlets & appliances. It wasn’t hit by lightning & he knows why the microwave quit. He didn’t hook the breaker up correctly. I have no reason not to tell the truth.

We have never offered 100% satisfaction. We stated that if the panel or actions caused damage to your microwave that we would replace it. Our investigations determined that we did nothing wrong. We had a third party review all documentation. We consulted with three other Master Electricians regarding this situation. All were in agreement: A service panel change would not damage a microwave. The total cost for the service was 3800.00 . Your warranty company paid $1000.00. My family and employees paid 2800.00. The information you provided for your microwave is inaugurate or discontinued. It is no longer available through Lowes or Home Depot. Is it money that you want? I’m not sure how to rectify this. We did come three times, the first was for the install, the two other times was to determine a fault or mistake. There was no fault or mistake. We didn’t offer to replace a microwave. Even **** Ops believed that the microwave wasn’t damaged by the panel installation.

We spoke to **** Ops on your behalf today August 16, 2023 @ approximate 2:00pm CDT time. They informed us that they spoke to you regarding this matter and that they also concluded that the panel board change out did not damage your microwave. They also stated that they had to let you go as a client. We at Pat Powers Electrical LLC feel that we above and beyond in the process of trying to resolve this matter. As **** Ops as relieved you as a client and found no connection between the microwave damage and panel board change out we feel this matter is closed. **** Ops was the responsible party in this agreement and they were our client. You wasn’t our client and the responsible party has informed you that the damages were not a result of their or our ;Pat Powers Electrical LLC; actions, and has relieved you has a client.
Being that the responsible party has informed us that this matter is closed, we are also closing this matter. Apologize for your troubles. Have a blessed one. Please submit any further inquiries to the responsible party; **** Ops.
