  *** the owner came out gave me a quote to repair my leaking roof and did not try to up sale me on what needed to be done he checked on the workers while they were on the job to make sure everything they needed was there they did great job and cleaned up after finishing job very good after the first rain yesterday since repair the roof leaks are gone thanks *** very satisfied with the job well done!!

  Excellent work ethics. *** came out evaluated my shop roof, listened to my needs and was very detailed in his evaluation. Gave me a written estimate that evening and answered any questions I had. He kept me informed about when the materials would be delivered, when to expect them to start the job as well as how long it should take. He even told me who he was sending out to do the work. His sons came out on time got straight to work and completed the job in one day kept the area clean and then did a throw cleanup when they were finished. I highly recommend ***** for your roofing needs. They treat you like a valued customer, not just another job.

  The owner is very unprofessional. I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of work/ treatment based on his reviews. He was hired by the person we were purchasing the home from. What could have been cleared up with one conversation turned into him yelling at me and my husband on separate occasions and left ** with staining in our bedroom and bathroom because of his company being negligent and not properly sealing the roof (which he then tried to pass off as him fixing out of the generosity of his heart.) He evaded phone calls and text messages for two months. When we finally received contact he was very aggressive to the point I ended the phone call and requested everything be written. Please be ware of his temper.

  I was hired by the seller of the property to repair the roof before the closing date. After inspecting the roof for the repair it became apparent that the structure of the house was not conducive for the roof repair. I submitted an estimate for the repairs, but would not be able to warranty the repair. The proposal was approved. After the property transferred to the new owners, I was contacted by them concerning a leak, I explained that there was no warranty with the repairs due to the structural issues. He seemed to understand. The wife called yesterday, and again I informed her that I did no work for them and did not even issue a warranty for the same reason mentioned above. She threatened me with a lawsuit and bad reviews. Again I stated that I did not give a warranty for the repairs.
