    First- Drake deletes all bad reviews on their website. Look and see. Zero 1-3 ratings. I've left reviews at 1 star and they delete them. Extremely dishonest. They make most their product in ***** and charge a really high price. I bought expensive waders and the boots were literally 2 sizes too small. They charged me $9.95 Return Fee due to their erroneous sizing information. I have spent a couple thousand dollars on Drake hunting gear and would advise everyone to stay away from them.

    This company has horrible shipping and return policy. Either Drake systems or our computer froze during our order. We had not rcvd order confirmation, so we placed the order again. The second time we choose 2-day shipping for additional $37.95. The order was placed on a Wednesday and we will not be getting our item until Tuesday. The shipping policy is very misleading and showed 2 business days. Two business days would be Thursday and Friday since our order went in 15 minutes after the 10:00am cutoff. No where in their policy does it say how this company counts their business days!! Very misleading!!! We also found out our order did go through when their system or our computer froze. We called immediately only to be told nothing they could do and we were stuck with not only return cost BUT the shipping to get to us!!! Right now we have paid over $240 for a $139.99 jacket, which oh by the way is now onsale!! AND WE WE STILL DO NOT HAVE THE JACKET!! Had to call to get our military code applied since this did not go through at first. WOWZERS BEYOND frustrated!!! PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS A+ rating. Reading the complaints I wonder how this rating can be posted.
