    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Coastal Moving LLC regarding a significant breach of contract that occurred during a recent moving service arranged with your company. The move was scheduled to take place on July 25, and unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.Prior to the move, I provided Coastal Moving LLC with a detailed list of items to be moved in order to obtain an accurate quote. Based on the information provided, I was quoted a price based on requiring only 700 cubic feet of space. However, upon the arrival of the movers, it was claimed that my items required 1400 to 1500 cubic feet, nearly double the originally estimated space.Despite my attempts to resolve the discrepancy on both July 25th and 26th, Coastal Moving LLC refused to compromise and demanded an additional $7000 on top of the original estimate of $5500. No changes were made to the items listed or the terms of our agreement, yet the company justified the increased cost by citing differing standards that allegedly required more space. This situation clearly amounts to a bait-and-switch tactic, Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution. Furthermore, I have been unable to reach the original contact person I dealt with as my calls are now being blocked. Coastal Moving LLC has also refused to refund my deposit of $2059, despite the fact that the movers left without completing the move. As a result, I am now forced to seek another moving company, incurring additional costs beyond what was initially agreed upon.I am requesting your assistance in resolving this matter by ensuring that Coastal Moving LLC refunds my deposit in full. The company's unprofessional behavior and breach of contract have caused me unnecessary stress, financial burden, and inconvenience. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will investigate this complaint thoroughly and take appropriate action to protect consumers from such deceitful practices.
