  Buyer beware!! Found the ** online. Worked with Sales Rep for sale date of 10/27/2023. We would be traveling a far distance to complete the sale and they were given a 30-day notice. The agreement was for my husband and I to be the first customers for the sale and demo of how to operate everything. Excuse after excuse on that date!! They hadn't even started cleaning or ensuring that all was working properly until the morning of our arrival. Needless to say we didn't drive away with the ** until 4:30pm. Then our Title/Registration was never completed by Dad's with our State where we reside. Calls and calls. At one point the Manager told me that I could get on the phone with ****** and ******** to get a replacement Title!! Final call to ******************* (owner). Even after that it took weeks. All total to receive the Title/Registration was March 2024. Over 5 months from date of purchase. We were not able to drive the ** due to our State requirements. Latest development is that the local service provider cannot perform warranty work as the vehicle is registered for warranty in some else's name!! Call to owner *******************, telling us to work with *****!! So the problem is two-fold as Tiffin owns the camper and ******** owns the chassis for warranty work!! So both entities have the incorrect owner listed. What a waste. Same person we had to deal with to get the Title/Registration figured out. This company has terrible customer service and ***** and ***** should be fired. They are doing a disservice to the company and it's customers. We are now at 9 months of ownership and still dealing with the ineptness of this business and employee's.

  Terrible customer service. Mr ******* said the camper I was interested in was still available, I drive 90 miles one way and when I get there it turns out that the camper I wanted had sold a few days relief. I offered to look at whatever else they had in my price range , they showed me another park model and explained that it was sold with no title, that it was totaled out due to damage, and on top of that, I was told it was the same price as the other one that had no damage.
  After mentioning that I had driven 90 miles one way to get there, I was treated like, oh well that’s my problem.
  Mr ******* needs to learn a little about taking care of his customer. I will not now or ever recommend that anyone buy from him , norr from dads campers. I’m sure I’m not the first to be treated this way by this company, or by him.
  My recommendation is to buy somewhere else, even if you pay a little more
  This company is a joke for allowing this type of behavior.
  Buyer beware. I’ll be glad to discuss this with anyone

  Buyer beware. The camper franchise Dads Camper of Picayune, MS sold us a new RV without informing buyer of 3-warranty defects that they knew were already in place while on the lot. It was over a month after purchase that they notified us of repairs that needed to be made. In addition the extended warranty on the RV we traded in has still not been been refunded after 3 months by the dealer and legal action pending.
