    Highly unprofessional DO NOT RECCOMEND!!! I had an appointment on April 2nd at 3:30 PM. I provided all my information, including insurance, beforehand. Yet, when I arrived, the representative claimed there was no record of my appointment. How is that possible when I knew my exact appointment details? ****** the rep was giving nasty attitude the entire time.
    All three women at the front just looked at me like I didn’t belong there—no apology, no effort to help, just dismissive attitudes. The lack of professionalism in customer service was unbelievable. I try my best to support Black-owned businesses, but experiences like this make it difficult. I even requested time off work for this appointment. Instead of one of the three employees taking accountability saying “they just forgot to put my Information in is beyond frustrating.” Had to leave without being seen.
