I am filing this complaint to bring attention to the conduct of **** **********************, an attorney who has displayed the most unprofessional and unethical behavior I have encountered. Her actions throughout my engagement with her have been completely unacceptable for someone in her position. Specific grievances include: 1. Unresponsiveness: Repeated failures to respond to communications in a timely manner. 2. Lack of Professionalism: Demonstrated unprofessional demeanor during all interactions, in court and out. 3. Failure to Fulfill Duties: Negligence in handling legal matters, leading to delays and undue stress. As well as ultimately not making any progress in my case at all in 2 years. 4. Failure to provide legally obligated documents: According to the law, once a lawyer has been fired from their representation, they are required to relinquish all documents and paperwork to the client. She explicitly refused to do so, and said she "didn't have the time or energy for that," which was accompanied by an "LOL."5. Failure to provide a breakdown of services paid for upon request. I have already: - Attempted to resolve the matter directly with Ms. ********************** through multiple calls, texts and emails, which were either ignored or met with unprofessional responses. - Filed a formal complaint with the Mississippi State Bar, requesting an investigation into her conduct and practices. I am requesting that **** ********************** professional conduct be thoroughly reviewed by the BBB. Additionally, I would like this report to serve as a warning for other potential clients about the risks of engaging her legal services. I believe that her actions are detrimental to the profession and should be addressed to maintain the integrity of the legal system. I am willing to provide email records, call logs, and any other necessary evidence to substantiate my claims upon request.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
