    I took my car in to get thermostat and radiator replaced. When my car was ready I went to ******* to get my warranty money back for my radiator. Something told me to pop the hood of my car and my motor cover was missing so I had to go back. When I got off from work the next day I noticed my car was leaking. I didn't have time to notice the day when they finished because once I left from up there I went straight to work. I have a leak from the coolant line, I have transmission fluid leaking from it. They said I would have to pay for a diagnostic only for them to fix the problem that they caused. She even admitted that they didn't check for leaks when they finished my car.

    I took my car to this facility on Oct. 2, ******************** say, the front desk agent, ****** is very nonchalant and callous. My car was under a warranty (Carshield) and there was one representative that handled all warranty claims, *******. They were not very informative, did not keep in touch with me and ended up having my car for over 1.5 months. In between time, I got it back and had to take it back and got it back and had to take it back. It was a transmission issue and after replacing the transmission twice, the last time, I refused to even take it back to them. For one, they just handed off the car to me and did not test drive it. The transmission was pulling and had they test drove it, then they would have known and not given me the car back. The second transmission was doing the same thing. These transmissions were coming from ********************'s vendor ******** parts out of ********. ******* did not keep in touch with the vendor, nor did the vendor keep in touch with the repair shop and no-one kept in touch with me. I had to make most of the calls and attempted to do three way calls with the warranty company and the shop. ****** did not want to do this as she said there was limited information she could provide to them and ******* would have to do it. I got the run around and on top of that, a RAT ate holes in the top of my battery. I told ******* about this and she said nothing. They also allowed the cat that hung around the shop, to sleep in my back window space. There is still hair all back there as I have yet to get my car cleaned due to the weather. The car still isn't driving properly and I had to replace my battery. I want my money back from them formy battery. I would not suggest anyone use this repair facility because they are racist against black people and everyone in there is of Latin American decent and cannot speak English properly or at all. The only two who spoke fluent English, was ****** and *******. I would not refer a dog to them.
