  This by far the worst tow recovery service I have ever seen. My car was leaking gas and needed to be towed from the gas station. The driver pulled up and told me he didnt have time and drove off. I reached out to several insurance companies and requested they never us this company again. They are a liability to themselves and insurance companies. They will eventually if not have some legal troubles. Im seeking legal consultation from my attorney to explore all possible options.

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! BAD BOY TOWING AND RECOVERY ************ was contacted for me by Triple A for a tow. *** trip was only 6.6 miles rounded up to 7 miles, My AAA membership allowed me 7 miles. *** driver drove around to accumulate additional miles. *** a trip that should have been FREE, I was charged $45, Triple A was no help, I was told that the contractor could charge whatever they wanted. If you use Triple A, make sure you understand what additional mileage will cost!I tried to contact the company by phone several times, no success. When I asked for an itemized receipt, they sent me an email with $45 in large print and two smiley faces.I also contacted my credit card company Citi Card. ***y were no help either. ***y stated that this was a service issue! Again, because of this company's shoddy business practices, I had to pay the price!!MY personal rating is: -10 ************************

  Horrible! Dont use this company. Crooks!! They lied to us, tried to make it impossible for us to get our truck back. They loosened all the valve stems in the tires, and cut them so tires wouldnt hold air. And to top it all off, charged us over a thousand dollars more than what was originally agreed upon. These guys are crooks. Scammers and thieves. Highly do not recommend!! Service was disgusting!!!

  My children and I waited over 2 hours for a tow truck and 2 hours later no tow truck. I called the company multiple times and finally when the representative picked up she was extremely rude, abruptly said she's canceled my claim, and hung up in my face. And this after I asked where's the tow truck. I wouldn't recommend this company if it was the only company left on this earth!

  I left my car at a repair shop to get the lights looked at while it was there overnight one of the drivers picked up another customers car and backed it into my car. It was all caught on camera. When the tow company was called They cursed me and the repair shop and told them there was nothing they could do it wasnt them. Even though the truck and license and driver etc. were on video tape and showed the damage happening. The driver even got out of his vehicle to look at the damage and got back into his vehicle and left it completely dented in the whole front fender. The dent was approximately 1 foot in diameter. It was a very large dent.

  Terrible Experience with Bad ********************************************************* I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Bad *********************************************************, and I must say it was by far the worst encounter I've ever had with a company. I needed a rental car tow, and Budget rental set up the arrangement with this towing company. First and foremost, the communication from Bad Boy Towing was abysmal. They were scheduled to pick up my rental, but they were over an hour overdue. Concerned about the delay, I decided to give them a call. The manager answered the phone and informed me in the most dismissive and disrespectful manner possible that my tow had been canceled. Without offering any explanation or apology, she abruptly hung up on me. Thinking it must have been a misunderstanding, I called back, hoping to get some clarity on the situation. To my disbelief, the manager once again responded with hostility and hung up on me without any attempt at resolving the issue. Not willing to give up, I made a third call, only to have my calls rejected outright. This left me stranded and without any recourse. Frustrated and desperate, throughout this ordeal, I remained polite and respectful, simply trying to obtain an estimated time of arrival. However, Bad Boy ************************************************* unprofessional behavior and lack of basic customer service skills were utterly appalling. I firmly believe that the manager of this company should not be in any position of authority, as her rude and dismissive attitude clearly demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Additionally, the overall incompetence and lack of professionalism exhibited by Bad ********************************************************* suggest that they have no business being in this industry. In conclusion, I strongly urge everyone to avoid using Bad ********************************************************* at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and seek out a more reliable and customer-oriented ******************** company.

  I used roadside assistance and was assigned Bad Boyz Towing. I called their number because I specifically requested in my roadside assistance claim to have it picked up and dropped off after 530pm. I told the lady that answered the phone about my request and she assured me the request could be honored. A driver called a little before 4pm to tell me he was on his way which meant my car would be dropped off sooner than 530pm. I told him the arrangements that were made with a representative(lady) from Bad Boyz Towing. He told me that request couldn't made and that I needed to find another towing company. I tried calling Bad Boyz back and no answer after several attempts. I them cancelled the request with roadside assistance. I finally got through to Bad Boyz. I attempted telling the lady about my conversation with the driver. Before I could get out two words she said you cancelled and hung up in my face. Rude I thought, unprofessional, disrespectful. I called back and no answer. I called from a different number. She answered and I attempted once more to tell her why I cancelled and she hung up again. Customer service is terrible.

  I waited 4 hours & still NEVER SHOWED. Call numerous times & never answered. But they did answer when i called from another number just to lie about coming. Never use them. They waisted my whole day lying. Very unprofessional. I found out by another tow company, "they NEVER SHOW UP FOR ******* TOWING. ONLY TOW FOR MISS AREA.
