3. Under roofing system it says, "The shingles we install come with a limited manufacturer lifetime warranty." "M.C. Roofing & Remodeling offer a 50 year workman warranty."
4. On Facebook there is a flier posted on 12/11/23 and one line on the flier says "100% Warranty"
According to BBB Code of Advertising, #20 Warranties or Guarantees https://www.bbb.org/code-of-advertising#Warranties_Or_Guarantees, when using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty or guarantee can be seen prior to sale at the advertiser's location, viewed on the advertiser’s website or, in the case of mail or telephone order sales, made available free on written request. Sellers or manufacturers should advertise that a product or service is warranted or guaranteed only if the seller or manufacturer promptly and fully performs its obligations under the warranty or guarantee.
As of today, March 21, 2024, the business has chosen not to respond to us for substantiation, modification, or discontinuation of the advertised claims in questions.
