      On Saturday, August *******, I contracted with Shivers Bldgs. a rent to own transaction for an outdoor 12' x 24' storage building via telephone with ***********************, who identified as a sales representative of the company. The total cost of this transaction would be $8239.00, payable with a $500 down payment and monthly payments of $297,67, I agreed to this and paid **************** the $500 with my **************** card. The storage building would be constructed by Shivers and delivered & set up at my residence within several weeks. He sent me a contract & agreement for my signature via ********* signed it accordingly. On Monday, August ******* I attempted to phone **************** & sent him a phone text explaining due to damage to my home from a tree over the weekend I had to put my purchase on hold and he returned my call later that day and we discussed this situation further. I told him my hope was I could proceed with the porchase in several months if I was financially able, as I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. He assured me they would not submit the contract to the finance company *********************** until I decided on my next move, I contacted **************** by text 8/13, 8/22 ,8/27,9/10 via ********* responded assuring me each time he had notified his manager I had cancelled my contract & make arrangements to return my down payment. As of this date, I have not heard from anyone that can resolve this for me. I contacted ***************************** and was told they do not receive paperwork until a building is delivered to the customer. The resolution is with ******************** Building.       Shivers Buildings issues refund once a month to any customers that have not taken delivery of their unit. This customer should receive his refund within 30 days of the time he requested to. According to our records it has not been 30 days since his request. I have made contact with this customer and explained that his refund has been approved and he will receive his refund within 30 days.  Shivers Buildings has done everything professionally within our company policy.
