As of April 4, 2017, BBB has received two complaints and one customer review from consumers alleging that after hiring Andrew Moulaison to perform construction services on their homes and paying him a significant down payment, he never returned to start or finish the work.   BBB found Mr. Moulaison is not registered as a contractor or independent contractor exempt with Montana Labor & Industries.  In addition, BBB found several construction businesses registered to Mr. Moulaison, including De Molay Contracting, A & M Construction, Sierra Leone General Contractors and Stavenger General Contracting. Consumers allege Andrew Moulaison is also known as Ed or Edward Moulaison.  

On July 26, 2017, Mr. Moulaison contacted BBB to state he recently became licensed with Montana Labor & Industries as an independent contractor – exempt.   In addition, Mr. Moulaison stated he would respond to the complaints on file
