In November, 2007, the Council of BBB's Legal Division sent a cease and desist letter to this scam regarding their misuse of BBB accreditation, stating that they are a BBB accredited business in good standing, when they are not.The mail was returned unable to be delivered.As of November 30, 2007, this company's web site is no longer able to be accessed.

On November 14, 2007, the BBB contacted the 406 number listed on this scam's web site to see what further information we could gather on how this group operates. A person with a thick foreign accent answered the phone. When we stated our concerns about them misrepresenting themselves as "BBB Members," the person to whom we were speaking ended the conversation by hanging up.If you have been victimized by this scam, we strongly suggest that you file a formal complaint with the FBI by going to: www.ic3.gov Also, file a formal complaint with your state Attorney General's Office.
