    ******************* hooked his tow truck to my truck at a liquor store in ************** and was ready to leave. When I came out he had stated he had a contract and he didnt need any one to call him. The liquor store was who he had the contract with and the business I was in. He became extremely rude and aggressive. We argued about why he was hooked to my truck and it being in the air. His reply was he has a contract and can do what he wants. He finally unhooked from my *********** could leave. When I started my truck there is now a service parking break light on my dash. Police report has been filed.

    On June 18th, 2022 ******************* illegally towed my vehicle which was parked in front of my Mother's condo. I was working out of town at the time. I spoke with *** on the phone and he refused to release the car from impound until I showed up and paid his fees. He charged $280 for the tow and a recurring charge of $50/day. I had to leave my job and drive back to ******** to pick up my car to avoid more charges. The total bill was $380. My position was replaced and I lost two weeks of work. My mom's parking space is owned by her. I have a cease and desist from an attorney that *** was given stating it is illegal to tow vehicles from in front of my mom's house. I am also including the receipt showing what I paid. ***************** will not take my phone calls nor will be speak to me in person.
