      Yes, I did purchase a torch from their store on Sunday 01/01/23. The gentleman that sold me the torch showed me many of their butane torches. In doing so he also was bleeding some of them because he said that torch were over filled . The torch I purchased wasnt the torch I tested out. I pick a different colored one that was in the case. The gentleman that sold me the torch didnt test one I purchased, nor did I before I left your store. (In hindsight was my mistake.) Once I had gone home and settle down and was excited to test out me new torch. In the 1st use it turn into a mini fire ball in my hand!! Then remember that the salesman was bleeding out the other torches in the store. So, I thought thats what I need to do. Went outside let half a tank of the butane out of the torch. Tried to use it again, and fire ball! So, I put the torch to the side and thought Ill just go back to the store tomorrow. The next day, it was around 1pm. Before I headed to the store the take back the torch I tried calling. Called your store on 24th Ave store. The store I purchased the torch from. No answer and was sent to voicemail. I didnt leave a voicemail. I called their your downtown store. Someone answer the phone after the pleasantries I tired to explaining why I was calling and was interrupted. Was told If the torch you purchased was over filled and the seal is blowen. Theres nothing they can do. Went to the store where I purchased the torch and I explained what the guy at your downtown store told me over the phone. She then said looking at my torch and said it looks like the seal is gone. And the best she could do is give me a discount on buying another torch. So, basically the money I spent on this torch was for nothing. Their employee agreed. So, I grabbed my worthless torch and walked out. I've tried to contact the the owner of the store with no success. All I want is to exchange it for a working torch.
