On March 18th Alpha Omega started a water damage repair project on my house. They were great, responsive and timely. Got the wall torn out and dried. Then said they would start on the repair work process. Two weeks went by with no contact. Friday April 25th I receive a call telling me I must sign a new work contract for them to start the repair process or they will cancel the job. I try calling back and cannot get anyone on the phone. I call the employee who was in charge of the demolition and remediation portion. He answers and proceeds to act like he does not know me, or anything about the job. I call his coworker **** who did the initial estimate for the reconstruction part or this project. Do not get an answer. Once I get ahold of the company I am told they sent me emails I never received and say they need this contract to finish the project they started and are leaving my house torn apart with holes in my ceiling exposing me and my family to the asbestos insulation still in the attic.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We truly value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to address the situation.
At Alpha Omega Disaster Restoration, we prioritize clear communication and transparency with all our clients. Prior to completing the repair scope, our team, led by ****, had a conversation with you regarding the need for a signed pre-construction contract. This was necessary to proceed with creating an estimate and submitting it to your insurance company.
As part of our process, we emailed the contract to you twice during the week of the scope for e-signature. Over the following two weeks, we sent the contract two more times and followed up with reminder emails. On April 25th, we spoke with you directly on the phone, and during that conversation, we sent the contract again via email. You confirmed receiving the contract and indicated that you would sign it.
Subsequently, we received your concerns about signing another contract, and we explained that it is our standard procedure to obtain a signed agreement for estimating and negotiating services with the insurance company on your behalf. You mentioned that you would consider the matter and decide whether or not to sign the contract over the weekend.
We understand that this process can sometimes feel overwhelming, and we truly appreciate your patience in considering the necessary steps. Please know that we are here to assist you and ensure that everything proceeds smoothly with your restoration project.
If you have any further questions or concerns, we are happy to discuss them at your convenience.
