On March 22, 2016, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding refunds. Consumers allege they have not received their refunds as promised and have difficulty communicating with Diesel Domination, LLC regarding the status of their refunds.




On April 6, 2016, BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern. To date, the company has not responded to BBB’s request to address the problem.
