      I cancelled my membership in October 2024 and was told the last charge would occur on November 5th 2024. I was charged every month thereafter through April 2025, $44.95 each time. When I called I was told that there wasnt any documentation of my cancellation despite the fact that I signed a form when I initially tried to cancel in October.

      Review for Access Fitness My experience with Access Fitness was extremely disappointing, and I feel its important to warn others about their practices.After moving out of the city, I attempted to cancel my membership several times over the course of a few months. My initial contact was with the front desk, where I was assured that my membership had been canceled. However, I later discovered I was still being charged. I then reached out to the owner, *****, via email. He said he was going to look into my earlier cancellation attempt, but apparently never canceled my membership like requested. I continued to be charged for seven additional months for a membership I couldnt use and had explicitly tried to cancel.The lack of professionalism and follow-through from ***** was shocking. He repeatedly failed to address the issue, and the entire process felt deceptive and untrustworthy. Its unacceptable for a business to continue billing a former customer after confirming the membership would be canceled.This gym demonstrates a blatant lack of accountability and respect for its customers. If youre considering **********************, be aware of their shady business practices. There are many gyms out there with better integritythis one is not worth your time or money.

      Had an injury and tried to cancel my membership and no one responded to me for 5 months ive been paying despite over 20 attempts to remove my card from their platform. They have lied and told me that i wont be charged anymore but I continue to be charged each month. I physically cannot go into the gym to use their services but they will not cancel my card and they continue to find loop holes to keep my account active despite me begging them to cancel my account. *** signed documents saying i want it canceled and ive asked to speak to the manager but he never returns my calls. Below are just 4 of the ********. My last actual attendance of this gym was October 18th and I have not used their services since but have been charged for November, December, January, February, and March. And will probably continue to be charged if no one does anything.
