We made a campground reservation on February 13, 2023 to camp July *****, 2023 and were charged $914.76. Prior to arrival I called to confirm our site and was told that you just pick a site when you arrive. I asked at that time if I chose a less expensive site than what I had paid for if I could be credited for the difference and was told yes. While at the campground I spoke with ****************** (owner) twice and both times was told that I would be credited for the difference in price. However, to date we have not received the credit. Attached is documentation for the cost of the site we stayed in ($652.46). Therefore, I am requesting a credit for $262.30 (the difference between what we paid in February and the cost of the service we received).

I attempted to book an online reservation for Glacier Grizzly Resort. After having issues with their website I called.I was able to get a reservation for 8/28-9/5, 2023 with ********** gave her my credit card, paid IN FULL as I wasnt given any other option. She was polite, gave me a 10% discount for the inconvenience of the website. I was not informed of ANY cancellation policy during this conversation on June 24, 2023.Moving forward, we have received some devastating personal information and needed to cancel. I called the property directly on July 24th, 2023. I spoke with ***, he said **** would be in touch by the end of the day.Never heard from **** or ***. Called *** again, he was a bit dismissive and told me that my refund would come from Campspot.com, that it would take up up to 3 weeks. Still received nothing in writing.I didnt book online, I booked over the phone with ****. I texted, I called, I emailed several times. No reply whatsoever. Now Im very upset, I sent a final text telling them how disappointed and frustrated I was due to lack of communication. I told them I would call my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge and that I would contact BBB.Well lo and behold I receive a return text tonight at 730 pm telling me that I get nothing back, that they have a 48 hour cancellation policy???Never mentioned during our phone call. Never offered that I could pay a deposit only, took my credit card and charged the full amount. I cancelled 35 days prior!! This is unethical. I want a full refund. Im in the service industry, this is not how you start a business and treat people. I get being busy and short staffed, I live it daily, but this, its deplorable.
