  Horrible nobody answers the phone and when they do they say oh im not by my computer email me...you cant cancel cause they dont communicate back so basically ****** just is stealing your money. I gave more than enough time to cancel my reservation.

  We had an RV site and 2 Glamping Tipis reserved.We contacted them the week before our scheduled arrival and **** confirmed everything was good to go. We stopped by there the day before out arrival and met the owner ******, he told us to pick any spot we wanted when we come in, as some sites aren't complete yet, and that our Tipis were ready to go.The next morning we moved our rig there and tried to check into our Tipis.We have a 50 amp rig and the pedestal was 30 amp. They told me they had built a 50 amp converter they would put on the pedestal to make sure I had 2 hot legs .We were told Tipis now weren't ready yet, needed to be cleaned from previous night.He said he would text it to me since we would be in park with no service, then I'd get the message when I got service again.Later that evening when we come out of the park, I get a text saying they overbooked and now don't have our tipis, but they'll put us in a basic tipis for small discount, an older used 5th wheel and new smaller TT for no discount, or refund the tipis and we can go elsewhere. Neither ****** or **** would answer our calls.****** was actually in the campground when we got back (Usually no host, he just comes by randomly throughout the day). He told me the electric was out in our tipis, so we couldn't stay in them, and they weren't overbooked. He eventually backed up and said they were overbooked after I told him I could see the lights on and people in the tipis. We told him we wanted full refund on 1 tipi and asked for a discount for the hassle of staying in his rv 1 night.He told me he wouldn't discuss it until tomorrow. From here it evolved into an argument that ended with him throwing his truck in gear throwing gravel all over my truck as he left.I later texted him and **** both and told them both we wanted to take the full refund on both Tipis that they offered. We have yet to receive a response, and ****** never came back to talk to us the next evening.

  The owner is a liar and a thief! They do not have anything the list on their website. RV sites are 30 amp pedestals, not 50 amp. They've stopped mid construction, so there are open sewer pipes all over. They only have about half the sites they advertise, and maybe a third of those are complete as they describe.They only have 1 of the 25 glamping tipis they advertise and take bookings for. Less than 10 of the 50 basic tipis they offer. Our party had booked 2 glamp tipis and have several confirmations they were available for our stay, even after arrival. We were later told they were overbooked and told we could stay in an older 5th wheel that their worker lives in or get a full refund. We chose refund and have yet to get it Their "ADA *********** restrooms have a block step on each side, no camp store, no laundry facility, no host on site
