We accept payments online from Visa, American Express, Discover,  and Mastercard. This includes both debit and credit cards.

With a cash on delivery payment, please pay with cash, money order, or check at the time of delivery. Checks and money orders must be made out to Mount Canna.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Requests for returns must be received within 30 days of the order date. Partially used products do not qualify for refunds. Unopened, unused items in original packaging, damaged, or defective products may qualify for a refund. (See Damaged/Defective Items below)
Any promotional items included in your order (free gift, etc.) must be returned. The cost of promotional items not included with your return will be deducted from your refund amount. You are responsible for return shipping charges for all unopened, unused, or non-defective returns. Any shipping charges paid for your original order are non-refundable.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Requests for exchanges, returns, and/or refunds for product damaged in delivery or a defective product MUST BE RECEIVED BY MOUNT CANNA LLC VIA EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. All products with a visible manufacturer's defect or damaged during shipping must be documented with photos. A prepaid return label will be issued upon approval. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for products damaged during shipping or products proven to have a manufacturer's defect.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Submit a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. Fill out the form completely and attach all applicable photos to your request.
HOW TO REPACKAGE YOUR PRODUCT
Repackage the item including all original products, packing materials, instructions, etc. Poor repackaging of returned products damaged after receipt could result in refusal of your return and forfeit of any refund or replacement item. Items for return must be unused and undamaged to qualify for the refund. Padded envelopes or boxes are required. Include a copy of the original packing list in the package to expedite your return/refund/exchange. For non-defective returns, you will be provided a designated return address.
REFUND PAYMENT
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 business days of receiving the product. Return payment will be applied using the payment method used to make the purchase.
Be advised refunds typically take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated.
