      Nasty, unethical and condescending Shop Manager **** lied multiple times about being able to repair our transmission. We had to tow the Land Rover LR4 64 miles each way only to discover that this shop lacks the knowledge and tools for our repair. We already knew what the error codes were. We told him when we spoke on the phone. **** lured us to *****'s to rerun the same error codes and attempted to bully us into a charge of $218.40. No service was performed. This shop cannot be trusted for even a simple oil change- which is apparently all that this shop is capable of.

      This shop was the only shop in the area able to diagnose the issue with my climate control system, and did so in less than a day, though they had the truck most of the day they only charged 2 hours and I am getting my exhaust manifolds replaced their this month, they were the lowest quote I got and have been fair to deal with.
