      3 yrs after moving into this money pit, I have to say, Tungsten has done a really good job of hiding the MA*Y issues with this house. #1 well water issues with red water. #2 no insulation under the * end of the house, and even after putting carpeting down back there, the heat pump doesn't ever reach back there! #3 some stupid water filtration system that never worked and had *O water pressure- we made them take that out. #4 hot water heater was way on the opposite end of the house causing the master bath to *EVER have hot water. They had to put in a 2nd water heater. #5 Basement kept flooding even after they said in the sale papers that is had been mitigated- it wasn't. Funny though, the only insulation in the entire basement was only over all the holes in the fountain wall. 12ft of insulation on one wall, to hide all those holes- that's when I got video of water just pouring in and threatened them with a lawsuit. They finally came out to fix after 18 months! This resulted in mold. #6 wires burned in the ceiling of the carport and there are big burn marks that could have burned the house down. #7 *ow yesterday, we're having to replace rotten/wet flooring at the back door! The back door has *EVER fit properly, but we had more important issues to deal with, VERY POOR gutter system that already needs replacing! #8 Master bath has ALWAYS had an outdoor that they tried to mask with air freshener. We've hired a plumber to see what ********************* screwed up in there.. I could go on and on with a few more "issues", but I think I've been pretty clear that this company does *OT honor their word, nor their contract, you will have a very hard time getting them to call you back. BUYER BEWARE! THIS IS *OT A COMPA*Y YOU WA*T TO DO BUSI*ESS WITH! And I can back all of this with videos and photos. This has all happened within 3yrs of moving into a "move in ready" house. We keep wondering, WHAT *EXT?
