    Business owner charged us for a tour he could no longer provide. Paid for 4 people, pick up for 8 hr tour, he then hit an elk with his vehicle, wanted to drive our car instead and have us follow him partly, insisted we drive over a mountain pass in Yellowstone in pitch darkness for an hour to meet him, and still cut the tour short, with no price reduction. When we cancelled instead of agreeing to this drastic change, he denied us any refund. He eventually gave some money back, less than half. Since he could not fulfill the tour we paid for, he should refund in full.

    Hello,

    I did not exchange any money with ******** or exchange any money with her. Her sister booked the trip and we agreed on meeting and doing a step on tour, where I ride in their vehicle. The decided to cancel within 48 hours of the tour which is not a normal timeframe to give a full refund if any. Her sister and their friend *** agreed to do the our a couple days previously. I was to meet them at Tower Junction in ************************* and ride in their vehicle. They tour time was the earliest we could do it. The flooding events of June 13th, 2022 only allow access to *********** National Parks North Entrance for commercial use operators at certain times. From 5am-6:15 and 7:15-7:45 and exit times from 12-12:15pm and 5-5:15 pm. Its very complicated. Her sister ***** agreed that half of their tour rate back was fair and I sent it directly to her, whom I dealt with for the entirety of the booking and every aspect of the tour. I am still in contact with her sister who will vouch that all this is true and that we agreed on all of this. ******** had no direct contact with me at any moment of the venture.
