    We called ***** in the afternoon about a leaking toilet and he arrived at 6 pm that day to evaluate the situation. The next day he was at the house and repaired two toilets that were causing the problem. Prompt and fast are understatements. He did excellent work to diagnose and then fix the offending fixtures. I highly recommend 406 *********************************

    I would highly recommend 406 Maintenance and remodeling for any contracting work you may need done. They built a beautiful new deck for me, they poured cement and put in sod. They are very dependable and they leave the area spotless when they finish the work. They kept me informed each step of the way and made sure I was happy with each project.
