    Ive been taking all my cars here for years and have trusted their advice and recommendations "blindly". I recently dropped my car off to have the winter tires swapped out. When I picked it up the right front bumper had been damaged. I wasnt ****** concerned but when I brought it to their attention, they denied any responsibility and became extremely defensive. The car isnt worth more than a couple thousand dollars at the most. I had little to no intention of seeking monetary compensation but was surprised at their immediate defensive response. They reluctantly filed a claim with their insurance company and shortly after I received a letter denying responsibility stating "Our insured denies causing any damage to your vehicle while it was in their possession. I suggest you contact your own insurance company." I dropped by the shop to ask about the details of the denial letter and was basically told to pack sand by ******. He said it probably happened when I was filling up with gas somewhere. This is unfortunate, but I guess I feel better knowing how much they genuinely value customer satisfaction. I would have liked to know the true integrity of this business when I was shopping around for a tire shop. I would give them a 0 as far as being reputable, honest, and reliable.
