      A travel trailer awning repair was done. We have repeatedly asked for a detailed invoice for costs of parts and labor, freight, shop supplies, etc. from this company. My elderly father paid them upfront and needs these invoices to submit to his insurance company for a claim. They charged him and he paid but the invoice provided does not detail the actual expenses and costs he paid them for the work. He paid them ******* for parts but the invoice provided is illegible and is inadequate to submit to the insurance company. The insurance company is requesting more detail about the parts and costs charged my father. He paid ****** for the labor and other related costs to complete the repair but was not provided an itemized invoice to submit to the insurance company. We have left several e-mails and messages to get these invoices and they have not responded. We spoke to the owner on August 1, and he said he would look at his e-mail and provide these invoices. There has been no response and we have not received the requested invoices. We have an estimated invoice (yellow copy) #**** but this is an inaccurate invoice to send to his insurance. I am submitting this complaint on my father's request. ******************* is the customer. I am his daughter, *************************.
