    1. The thoroughness, accuracy, and completeness of the *** report which only shows cropped photos and cost to repair damage by address. Numerous errors within the report exists, calling in question the validity of the entire report 2. Concerns of whether or not the contracted inspection meets insurance/roofing industry standards.3. *** is asking for payment in advance with payment made out to the **** not *** which begs the question of who is working for whomand, without providing estimated start/completion dates (see attached report cover letter). 4. 4. Conflict between an inspection report I obtained at ******************* after Hurricane ****** showing no damage and the *** inspection showing missing shingles; similar situation at ****************************** where my estimate reflects only half of the damage at less than half of the cost before the *** crew performed their inspection. In addition, there are 3 photos showing my address 2 from one building and one from another building. Other owners have expressed errors as well as though obvious in slide below.5. The *** inspection report of townhome at ******************* shows 12 of missing ridge cap shingles at a repair cost of $840.00. According to regional manager, the cost for the repair is $40 per linear ft. But, 12 x $40 is $480, not $840. It appears, whoever typed up the report transposed the number 8 and number 4. How many other estimates have errors?
