      To whom it may concern:On 4/28/2023 in the evening We went to ******* for dinner where we have been going for the last 7 years. We were both waiting for our food after a long day at work. We waited and waited the restaurant was empty. The cook started to argue with our server "***********************" is her ******** name and threw our food on the counter like we were garbage or animals. The guy then started arguing with me and my husband about minding our own business, well in reality that was our business because we were paying to eat there and he treated us like trash. Did a ****** review under my husband name *****************. We even spoke to ******* and nothing was done!!9/16/2023 around 6 pm Sat down for dinner my husband, daughter and myself. Our sweet server came over and was about to take our order and the same guy ( cook) wanted to start yelling at us that he is not going to cook our food that we need to leave , then we heard and Im sure everyone else heard as well the manager that night yelling at him " shut the f*** up, shut your f****** mouth and you will do what I tell you too" He then kept going and yelling, He scared out little girl and our sweet server lost out on a large tip. We told our server this was not her fault because she kept saying Im sorry. He has acted like this with us since the first issue we had back in 4/28/23.The *** ***** will not be OK with this and i know for sure wouldn't allow this type of behavior. We will be contacting ***** and will keep contacting her until this is delt with the proper way! He has treated us like trash and this is not OK. We did go in to the store today 9/17/23 and spoke with ******* and all he could do and tell us to listen and tried to offer us free food. We don't need free food Money isn't an issue its the fact that this guy gets away with treating people like garbage and then gets away with it! We also wrote out statements and sign them and handed them to ******* and will be emailing them to the ***
