      Had my car towed to Curtis Hi Tech auto for bleeding of brakes two weeks ago. Called the next day and the following for status repor.t. ********** representative said there was no one available to answer my questions and promised a return call. By week's end, I had received no such call. Early last week, a rep called me with an expense breakdown. I asked her to email it to me and she said she would immediately. After receiving no email or phone follow up, I reached out again four times, leaving my email address via phone and email message. As of this date, no one from Curtis Hi Tech has responded.

      After speaking with the customer the issue is resolved. We are waiting on a decision to be made about the car repairs.
