    I made a purchase for a skateburger herb grinder, a 4:20 timepiece ash catcher and a illustrated logo beaker bong. The payment drafted from my bank on march 21st 2025. I have received no order confirmation nor shipment confirmation after placing the order. All i have received after reaching out to pulsar is an automated response blaming the shipper that likely does not have the products. It has been over a month since the payment for these products has gone through and i would like to receive some form of order confirmation as well as the items themselves. After waiting this long i would be open to a refund but above anything i would like to receive these products.

    Hey *****,

    Small chance that you've not yet received our emails on the issue. Due to the nature of our products, please check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails get marked as spam. For privacy and security reasons, I have limited access to your payment details.

    I can see 4 transactions in our system dated March 21st, with the Status Declined - "Card declined by issuer - Contact card issuer to determine reason." on two of them. The other two transactions also have the status declined but a different error reason: "the billing address being used at checkout does not match the billing address the card issuer has on file."
    Normally, when I see that error, the customer recently moved, and the address on file with the card issuer was not yet updated, or a simple formatting issue which the address the card issuer has on file.

    Since all transations were declined on our end, an order for you as not yet hit our system.

    Those pending transactions should have reversed on your statement within a few days. Can you check your statement today to confirm those have fallen off? If they've not yet fallen off, please let me know. If you can provide a copy of your statment that shows that charge, that would be very helpful for us, as we can bring it to our payment processor for review.

    I'll also attach a screenshot from our payment processor that shows those 4 transactions as declined on our end.

    I purchased 4 items from the retailer on 2/24/25. The items have still not been delivered. Ive made multiple attempts to contact the seller with no luck but an automated response.

    Ordered on January 25th, was supposed to be here the 1st. It didn't arrive until the 7th. I had emailed them checking on the status as it was in limbo at the post office. They never responded to either email I sent. Got the DaVinci on the 7th and it worked half a day. It won't do anything but flash red. Clean the unit as how they told us to in the instructions. It worked for about 20 minutes and stopped and hasn't worked since even after cleaning. I contacted him about this and still no response they don't respond to any email. I reached out to them with no success. They evidently got rid of a phone number and only take emails but don't respond to those so it doesn't matter. I would like a refund on this this is one of the worst transactions I've ever encountered online. I have bought from other companies their products never had a problem. Contacting my card company and asking for a reversal of charges.

    Some issues they couldn't help. They are taking care of it. I would retract my complaint if I could. I am sorry to the company.

    The battery purchased on January 18, 2025, will not shut off. You can see in the picture the light is on it has to totally drain to shut off. Not safe! I filed a warranty claim with the company on February 2, 2025, after emailing the company on January 28, 2025, about the issue. I was informed by the support team to file a warranty claim. Once I filed, I heard nothing from them.

    "Made a purchase on July 10th, 2024, one Pulsar APX VAX V3 CONCENTRATE VAPORISER for a total of $60.20 after receiving a $13.99 new customer discount? The order was processed and the item was shipped to me, which I received on 7/15/24. On 7/17/24, I noticed several issues with the item: the coils were not firing properly, the pod was not producing enough heat for its purpose, and when powered off, the device would not turn back on. These seem like very significant issues. I provided a video file explaining everything. On July 22nd, since the contact was not made for which I paid, I contacted the company again, explaining my issue. I received a response the next day, encouraging me to be patient and offering me an option to exchange or return the item. During that time, I still wanted to keep the item, so I requested an exchange instead of a refund. I contacted *** representative, ******, again, THE SAME DAY, and requested replacement of the item. ****** CONTACTED ME FOLLOWING day, 7/24 instructing, me to file warranty claim, which I did immidiately. I also recieved email stating yhat I filed my claim. A week later, on 7/30,instixll didn't hear anything from company, so I emailed nthem again, and later that day I recieved standard letter asking ,e to be patient. Kinda hard to, since the purchase of item a month ago it onlyn worked for 1 day. I don't think that they rea,I've that. I attach all the correspondence between me and pulsar

    Afternoon,

    We are experiencing some delays due to understaffing at this time.

    I just followed up on your warranty claim email and I've got it out the door today via **** Express, and it should arrive at your place within 2-3 days. (See email for tracking number)

    I included an extra Atomizer kit and a few coils due to the longer than anticiapted wait time. It might be worth trying out a new Atomizer/Coil on your Orignial APX unit once the package arrives.

    I made a purchase on 10/25/23. It stopped working on day 32. I submitted a request to return. They automatically started a warranty claim then when I requested a refund instead of an exchange product they ignored me. This happened twice. I make a complaint then reach out then when you provide them the info they request they ignore it.

    They canceled my order for whatever and charged me for shipping for whatever reason then charged both cards after saying it was restricted is this site a scam or something I want all my money back

    The order has shipped via USPS 9405511206207571027529 - If they no longer want the product, please have them refuse delivery or return the unopened box to USPS.
