    I received a defective device and reached out to them right away. It took them a week to respond to let me know that I wentand get a response for another two weeks since the holidays were coming. It is now been a month and I am just receiving a response Telling me that if I had reached out earlier, they wouldve sent me a replacement. Their customer service is a joke and so is the responses. im so dissatisfied with a customer service that I will never purchase from them again and I would hope other people would think about purchasing from since their customer service is terrible
