Took a day off from work to have a water leak detected. I couldn't get a price on the detection process over the phone. This should be a standard hourly rate. When the technician showed up, he informed me that the cost was going to be over $1000 dollars. Wast of my time and the technicians.

****** was very helpful with setting up an appointment quickly, and put us on a rolling schedule, with a 40-minute call-ahead. ******* with Four Seasons arrived on time to troubleshoot a mysterious leak coming through a light fixture in our home. We thought it was a roofing issue initially, but it wound up being related to plumbing. He took lots of time to be meticulous and find answers to what might be happening in the attic. We have a very old home with lots of quirks it seems, so it will take some further investigation to determine how exactly to resolve it, but he gave us great recommendations on how to get started and what kind of work they might need to do. I really appreciate that he was honest, consulted with his team, went the extra mile by taking a look at a couple other plumbing items in our home (on a Friday afternoon!), and he was also respectful of our request to mask inside the house. Also, the service call charge you pay goes toward the work if you choose to go forward with them. I've worked with plumbers in the past, and this was one of the most positive experiences I've had, despite needing to have repair work done.Four Seasons Plumbing, Inc.

This is the 2nd major project I've had done by Four Seasons and I can't say enough about how professional, considerate, friendly and communicative the techs have been. This most recent project was a replacement of all my water pipes (still had copper pipes - house built in 70's). Shout out to ******** for this most recent project. He is outstanding!!Four Seasons Plumbing, Inc.
