They are supposed to issue ********** hours after the 2nd business day of receiving the item. I mailed the Iphone 11/18/22. I received a response on 11/30/22, that there are a few faint nicks, so they can only offer $10 instead of $18. Bait and switch, but I replied okay. I have emailed and texted the company to see what happened to my payment and no one responds.Initial Complaint

The date of transaction is Nov 1 2022. Thus is a copy of my latest email. Sun Dec 4. At this point I either want my items back or the money. The items I sent in were perfect and you beat me down on the price. I've been talking with ****** and he has done nothing. My 2 s10. I want the ones I sent in I have pictures of them and they had no scratches on them as you indicated. October 18 sent 2 iPads and 1 iPhone. October 25 got email saying devices not received.October 31 email from ******* saying order here and partially completed but the iPhone is passcode locked. November 2 I replied to ******** email and provided passcode. Same day received another email saying they havent received my device.November 8 I sent a text explaining whats been going on. ******* responded he would make sure it was completed that day.November 16 another text to ******* requesting payment. His reply was ok I will get this completed now. November 18 sent another text stating I was still waiting for completion. Told them I was extremely frustrated with customer service. I asked that they complete and issue payment and if they wasnt possible that they return my devices to me. That is the last communicate between us. There is no phone number to talk with a person. I agreed to sell my used iPhone 6s to them for $17 on October, 19th 2022. I received the prepaid shipping label from them and shipped my item. The item was received by the business on October, 27th. I got contacted by the general manager ************************************* on November, 3rd. She notified me that they can only offer $10 for my iPhone or they can return it for free to me if I do not agree. I responded on November, 4th to her asking to return my phone since I do not agree with the offered price. I have sent two more emails to her to update me on the status of my order, but I haven't received any response from her. I have tried to call their customer service phone number without being able to reach someone. There is a voice recording telling you to text them for faster service. I texted them several times, but I haven't heard back from them. I don't know what else I can do at this point and I'm asking for your help. All I'm asking them is to send my phone back as agreed.Initial Complaint

I found this site online to trade in old ipads and iphones for money. It seemed legitimate and well reviewed. i sent items, and they emailed me back adjusting the amounts they would pay me, and i agreed to their values. Did this twice within a month, starting 4/27/22. First batch was $200 worth of equipment, second was $188. more.They will not pay **** contacted them via text in July, and they said the check must have gotten lost in the mail, they would send another. In Oct they texted me a picture of a **** tracking info. That was never used. On Oct 28, i did recieve one check for $200. but have yet to get the $188.Initial Complaint

iPhone was mailed out on 10/11/22, I received an email on 10/17/22 that it had been received. The website states the payment will be sent 24 hours after the order is processed. Ive emailed them on 10/21/22 because I have not received a payment. As of 10/30/22 I have yet to receive a response or payment!Business Response

I sent my iPod 7th generation early September in a box they provided. Its October so I went to the email and checked the status of the check delivered. I dont have the check so I emailed the company - no response. Im only supposed to get $15, which I really am not stressing about. I just want others to be aware that this company provides poor customer service if the check was even sent in the first place.Business Response

I sent 4 phones to buymypod on may 25 2022 and was notified they received them on may 28 2022. I have contacted them numerous times 1st they said phones were locked and needed passwords once I informed them they had never had a code so they said they would check them. Then I asked they be returned and they sent me a shipping label with tracking number. Upon tracking my package it still says tracking number created. Not sent I've emailed them and still haven't gotten a response I just want my phones back or the $95 they said in my offer.Initial Complaint

On 8/4/2022 I sent a Apple iPad 4 to be processed. On their website, they claim that "Within 4 business days from when your item is delivered, we will process your payment according to your selection during checkout."
