    My phone arrived on June 16. Buymypod emailed and offered $55 for the item. I accepted the offer and heard nothing back. Two weeks later I emailed again and got a payment shipped reply email. I email the inbox that sent the payment confirmation. No reply. I then sent another email to the original representative, ******* I was told the payment was mailed on July 5 or 6 so they will assume it's lost and asked me if I could accept Paypal. I gave my PayPal and ****** said it would be expedited. That was on Fri July 29th. Since that time I have received no payment and have sent two more emails on August 4tu and 9th. No response. I specifically sent my second email "why am I not being responded to?" It's a hassle just to get a response and then if they do respond; no follow through. Buymypod has had my item for almost two months and has not made payment.

    I have yet to receive payment. I will accept when payment is received. I have been told by representatives of the company that payment has been or wii be sent several times now.

    If I click accept the complaint will automatically be marked as resolved  weather I am paid or not.

    I sent in my iPhone to be checked for a quote and offer price. I received a confirmation that the phone was received, and quoted. I still haven't received any payment, nor was I contacted about any delays. I would like to receive payment and more information about the transaction

    I sent in my I phone 8+ to be sold. They sent me an email on Jume 9, 2022 and said my order was complete and I would be receiving a check usually within 3-6 days. After sending numerous emails requesting my check, no response from this company was received.

    May 26, 2022- Received email from ************************* (General Manager) of Buy My Pod where I sent in my iphone 6s that the company will purchase from me for $77. I was told in the advertisement that I would get $77 for my phone if it was in excellent condition and met the criteria. My phone was in excellent condition. I took a picture of my phone before sending it off. I had it charged up as well. I received an email saying that there was a chip in the left had corner on the phone and that the phone charge wasn't lasting long. I wanted a picture from the company of my phone. They sent the photo and I saw a very tiny tiny tiny little chip. I had to blow up the picture very large to see that there was a very little tiny chip but that in your hand it wasn't noticeable. Anyway, the company told me that they would only give me $40 and I agreed. Now I got nothing and the company is ignoring me. I spent a lot of time getting this phone to them and many emails back and forth to now get ignored? WOW! The last email I got on June 24, 2022. I sent an email asking what's going on and that was on July 24, 2022.
