    BuyMyPod is a SCAM. Sent in two different iPods. I was quoted one price and then contacted with another price that was significantly lower. I requested my items back and then nothing. I sent email after email and never received a reply. I never received a payment or my items back. There is absolutely no recourse, so this is going in the life ****** file.

    Extremely misleading and deceptive in their business practices. I had a ******* Galaxy phone which they offered me $24 for. I sent it in and received an email saying my order was being processed. After a few days I received another email saying my phone was ****** locked. It was not because I did a factory reset before I sent it. Evidently this is a standard practice they employee with a lot of people. Not sure why. Just read a lot of reviews with similar situations. Waited a couple weeks and heard nothing. Sent a text asking about the status and got one reply saying he would take care of this right away. Heard nothing for another week. Sent numerous texts and emails with no response until I finally threaten to go to the BBB and posting reviews. They responded saying they had issued my payment and it would be 3 to 6 days to receive. A week later a received my phone back in the mail. No explanation or anything.I would consider this business fraudulent and stay away from doing business with them. It will only cause you grief.

    No payment. No response.I sent three devices to BuyMyPod in November ****. Upon review by their team, we agreed via email that I should receive a payment check of USD *****. I have not yet received any check and the last email communication sent by BuyMyPod was over one month ago. I even dont know if the check was mailed to **** tried additional contacts via text, email and phone call, but no one answer nor respond.Very bad customer service and at this point I even dont know if I will receive my check.

    Well Im a dummy for not coming here first. Luckily just sent them my kids iPods but was hoping to recoup some of the cost because they barely used them. Sent in august and havent heard a peep after the confirmation email. Sorry to all the folks that lost more expensive items.

    Although BuyMyPod LLC did give me the highest price for my Apple Watch Series 3 ($41), the frustration may not have been worth it. The customer support is a 1/10. I probably sent a total of 12 emails and maybe gotten 2 back. I was told responses are almost immediate. And its the complete opposite. The FAQs on website ****** that once the item is received its a 24-hour turn around. Well mine took almost a week. They told me 3 days later after numerous of text and emails that I sent (most that went u replied and I had to keep waiting) that I had a passcode lock. This was 100% wrong. I deleted the passcode and iCloud so it would be a quicker turn around. And even by chance I have them my old passcode anyway. That turned into me having to wait about we day and a half to even know what was going on turns out a lot of other reviews saying that they were told there was a passcode too, when the customer 100% removed it. Seems like this is what they say when either they are just behind and dont want to admit or just lazy. And then out of no where I ended up getting my $41 without anyone telling me. No email or text of hey everything is good youre approved. If I didnt have PayPal notifications on I wouldve never known. Communication is so bad. Again I sent probably **** text and numerous emails as well asking what was going on and only got maybe 1-2 responses if a few words. For a couple days I almost thought they were just going to keep my old watch and not pay me. So be warned. Yes they may offer a higher price but who knows what happens if you decide to send them your device. Good look on communicating with them.

    Horrible! They received my perfect condition I-phone, and said it had severe scratches on the front and back, and wanted to lower the offer price. I declined, and requested my phone be sent back. Numerous e-mails, and texts, with promises to look into it. They finally sent me a shipping label, but it's been a week, and the phone still hasn't reached the postal service. I am beginning to think I am never going to see my phone again. How does this place stay in business??

    This company seems like a HUGE SCAM. I sent them my Apple 3 watch for them to purchase at their estimated value. They received my watch on 10/31/22. Their website advertises that you will be paid within 24hr of processing. On 11/8 after not hearing from them about the payment, I sent a text message to the owner, as their website suggests. ******* replied right away and said "I will reply back directly within 20 minutes". An hour later, after not hearing back, sent another inquiry. I then got a response saying "this is being completed right now and will be finished in the hour. 2hours later, again after hearing nothing, I sent another text saying that if there was a problem paying me to just send my watch back.I then received an email from the *******, the General Manager, stating that they would only be able to offer me about half the amount their website estimated due to the fact that "the item has deep screen scratches, nicks on the casing and major wear", or they could send it back free of charge.I responded by saying that her description was not of the watch that I sent as my watch had barely been used and only had a small scratch on one side of the face. The watch was sent to them in the original box and the watch bands had never been used. I asked her to send pics and the serial number of the watch that she was evaluating to make sure that she was looking at my watch. I received no response.Later that day, 11/8/22, I sent a text requesting that since I had received no response to my request to send my watch back to me and to supply a tracking number. On 11/9/22 I did receive a tracking number for the shipment of my watch. However, according to **** tracking they only produced a tracking label on 11/9/22. They have not shipped my watch as of 11/16/22. I have sent 2 text messages asking if there is a problem shipping my watch back and have received no response.This seems like a Huge Scam and I would not recommend using this company.

    Be aware of this website, I sent my ipad in because there was a webbed crack in the ************* made an offer for it. I waited & never got a response. They contacted me via spam email, stating there was a lock code on the ipad there has never been a lock code on that ipad. I have emailed them several times, to send back my ipad. Especially now that there is allegedly a lock code on it. Its been 2 days since I asked to be paid or have my ipad sent back. Its almost been a month now and Ive gotten nowhere. There emails going to spam is a huge red flag. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! The worst part is if my ipad comes back, it could have a lock code on ********* dont know what it is, or its not my ipad. This company needs be shutdown its a scam.

    It all started off just fine. I agreed to the terms of the sale of my iPhone to BuyMyPod.com They sent me an email with the attached shipping label that I am suppose to use. Sent my iPhone in to them and didn't think much of it. Next thing you know was that I was receiving reminder emails to send in my phone. I responded that "I have already sent it in to you". I never heard back from them and I got more reminder emails that I need to mail in my phone. After a few of these emails i was concerned and asked for an update of when the payment was going to be sent out and never heard from them. I decided to reach out to them via Txt.... I basically repeated my experience in dealing with this issue and again, reiterated to them that i had already sent my phone to them and they stated "that the phone was not received via ***** I find this to be inaccurate since I was the person who dropped it off. I have sent txt messages back to them but basically, they no longer reply back. Just Radio Silence. This is a very unprofessional company and has no intentions of resolving this issue.

    Kept my apple watch with NO PAYMENT as promised, In early July, my apple watch screen was cracked. After I replaced it with a newer model, I went on several different buyback websites to get quotes. I decided to go with BuyMyPod because it was the best quote. I sent the watch in per the instructions and heard nothing back for several weeks. On July 11, I received an email from their "General Manager" Lianna. Lianna said that my watch was locked and asked me to provide the pass code to access the watch and to verify that it had been removed from my iCloud account. I immediately replied, but heard nothing back. I sent another message on July 15 (4 days later) asking what was going on--no reply. I send a second followup on July 22 and said " Are you intending to just keep my apple watch and not pay as promised? I am very upset about this situation." STILL, no reply. I then decided to go on their website and ask the question through an online form. Only then did I hear back from Lianna, who sent an email on July 29 (7 days later) where she said "I'm not sure why your response seems to have gone to my junk email, and I must have missed it. I'm so sorry about that!" and promised to remit payment as soon as the technician verified that the watch was removed from my account and that the passcode was valid (information that I provided weeks before). Guess what happened? That's right--nothing, no payment. I sent another email on August 4 and submitted another information form through their website. This was 13 days ago and I've still heard nothing and received no payment whatsoever. Look, this was a damaged item that isn't worth a whole lot. I understand that. However, they should honor the quote that I received for a damaged item in the same condition as described or at the very least RESPOND TO ME. I tried everything to resolve this before I was forced to leave this review. I have resigned myself to the fact that BuyMyPod gave me a quote for my watch,
