    they have been promising for WEEKS to Send The Check for my Phones - but have NOT - I see no choice but to take legal action against them to recover my phones or money - I am concerned that if required to return my phones that they would send damaged alternatives - they have not dealt honestly from the beginning of our agreement to allow them to purchase my 2 Android phones ZERO Stars - Negative if possible

    Seller Beware! I sold my Apple IPad Mini to BuyMyPod for around $42. Other than a average battery charge, it was in perfect shape. They counter offered $27 and said there were scratches. There were none. I counter offered at $35. They agreed and I asked for a check to be sent. For more than 3 weeks I never received it. I kept sending texts and it finally arrived. IT BOUNCED! A $35 check insufficient funds! I finally reached the owner and he did send the money (and return check fee) via apple pay. This is the first time I have had such a hard time selling my old devices. If you don't want a hassle...stay away.
