    The first interaction with this company was when the technician called on the way to our house and asked where my husband was. Before he arrived, he told us we would need a new unit. After he inspected the unit in person, he said he found a leak and we needed a new unit. He would give no other information until his "manager" arrived to quote prices for the new unit. We decided to get a 2nd opinion from another company, who inspected the unit the next day. The a/c had been disconnected and wouldn't work even if we tried to turn it on. They found no evidence of a leak and no indication that a new unit was needed. They simply re-connected everything and refilled the coolant.
