      Twice now Ive placed orders that have gone over a week without any updates or tracking info. Ive emailed and called them multiple times, cant get ahold of anyone and am not getting a response. I forgave and forgot the first time around, but its happening again and its inexcusable. I actually placed two orders this last time around, and one order showed up within 2-3 days. But the other is *** and Ive been left in the dark. Its unprofessional, sketchy and incompetent. Buyers be warned. I do not recommend this company at all and will never shop with them again. Better you to go to Bloom Audio, Audio46, Headphones.com or ***************. *** chosen to notify them of this review, but I highly doubt theyll see it or care. Where are my **** $1,000 headphones?

      Hello, *****.  We refunded your order in full once our shipment arrived from Audeze which did not include more stock of the ****2 headphones.  We explained to you in another email that we thought we had more ****2 en route to fulfill your order but once we realized we had none in our recent shipment, we promptly sent you an email to update you and ask if you wanted another recommendation or a refund. 

      Your other order for the Meze 109 Pro headphones was promptly shipped the same day you placed the order.  We are only human and we do our best to fulfill each order as promptly as possible which is normally shipped within 1-2 business days.  During the holidays, we do ask for a few days of processing time for all orders due to it being the busiest time of year.

      We've also answered all your emails over the holidays.  We only received one phone message from you on Friday, 12/29 when we were closed for the holidays.  We just received that this morning but the order was already refunded last week so there was no need to respond to you.

      I'm happy you were able to find the headphones we could not fulfill your order for from another company.  Happy Listening!

      Moon Audio states that the product will be in warranty for a year.The audio cable I bought has issue with damaged internal conductors.They refuse to fix it and ask me to pay for $45 fee and return shipping fee $12.The cable is under normal usage. I just plug/unplug from my audio device and it just breaks after I repeat this for 2 or 3 times.Received the package on 12/30/2022 with tracking ************ Returned on 5/4/2023 with **** tracking **** **** **** **** **** 10
