      IMO this company sells overpriced snake oil which it promotes through false and misleading information on ******* where it pretends to review products it sells for insane prices. When you try and post a comment pointing out they are wrong, misleading, or flat out lying they delete your comment and allow others to shrill for them ganging up on you while preventing you from speaking. This is how they control the narrative and prevent people from whistleblowing. They sell products they know are being advertised fraudulently and promote them with staged reviews where they push their overpriced trash.

      Recently in 2022 I bought a HC2 USB-C Dual DAC Cable and also had to buy a 4.4 mm Adapter for it, to connect to my 3.5 mm Sound System. Sounds really Unnatural through this HiFi dac, or I will have to get Used to this New HiFi Dac. I tried to Return for a refund, as this Company's Policy Allows Returns with Charging of Restocking Fee, but in reality This Company Does Not Accept Returns. To avoid refunds, they will blame you for the Missing Piece of Foam. Today on Dec 21, 2022 I called this Company for a Return Information, I just wanted to Ask if they received my return, The guy said hello - I asked if they received my return - and then silence, and then the phone hung up.
