    This company rarely pays on time and it takes on average of ***** days for payment which is much longer than any other mystery shopping company that I work for. The last example of this was my February 15th payment. I was to be paid on 2-15-25, however I didnt receive my ****** payment until 2-26-25. This is highly unacceptable for my payment to be 11 days late. I emailed the company 3 times asking why my payment was late and never received a response.I will not work for this company again and this is a poor way to treat your mystery shoppers.

    Three times in the last year *** had to ask where my payment is after its posted its been paid on their website. ****** has no record of said payment either. Nobody responds to the support email. It already takes a long time to get paid but to not get paid on time is even worse.

    Having worked with confero many times, I have found that they are reliable and pleasant to handle any issues that come up. In my opinion they're one of the best in the business. If you are thinking of mystery shopping this is definitely the place to go.
