    January 17th I had a ********** mounting audio guy come by the name of ***********************. He hooked up my stuff for the most part thought it was working. But due to my schedule and things going on I was unable to get Ruku to display and sound to work. So I disconnected the Roku and used a new hdmi cord in which it worked by hooking it up directly to the tv. However I cant get the speakers to work. Yes he said there was an image and that was on the tv itself from the Home Screen. So it was his and my mistake in not checking the sound and Roku for a faulty hdmi line.Here was my message after 3 days of no response.So Im assuming youre ignoring me. Alright I get to writing a review with the better business bureau for your company on how you handled the situation between you and I as I tried and even offered you to pay your travel so I have exhausted all means to rectify this dilemma.So I asked him to come back in which he said no and below is his response.Im busy working full time as many do. But you are correct that I have no interest in continuing any type of business or social relationship with you. You were given an extremely fair rate and the job was completed to your satisfaction + you were given the opportunity to test your equipment prior to me leaving your house and didnt reach out with complaints for several weeks. I have video of your system working while I was there. If its the hdmi cord you mustve unplugged it from the tv or receiver but I will not be making another trip to be spoken down to, smothered, and told how to do my job like you did to my associate and I, that entire day, and to a much worse extent, your movers. I dont service your location and in hind sight, shouldnt have make an exception. If youd like to try and defame my business reputation, feel free but if you have an issue with everyone around you, Id suggest looking for the common denominator. Good day & hope you figure it out
