Items returned or exchanged must be accompanied by the original sales receipt within 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days of the purchase date, an exchange or repair will be offered depending on the condition of the watch and at the discretion of the company. Merchandise returned purchased on a credit card will be credited against the same charge account. Shipping is not refunded unless the item is defective.Refunds or exchanges will not be given on the following:
1) Items that have been personalized
2) Items that have been custom fit for the customer
