    Horrible customer service. Do not use this company. They will come fill your tank up with no notice even if you don't need or want more propane. I was getting ready to swap them out for a different vendor but now have to eat over $200 of their gas that I didn't need. They are not willing to work with me on this even though I never asked them to come fill it up. And if you are wondering why I am switching its because there price per gallon is significantly more expensive than every other company in town.

    We value your feedback and apologize that this was your experience with our customer service team. As stated in both agreements signed when you began leasing one of our cylinders, your delivery schedule will be automatic corresponding directly to your usage. Our policy states that all customers with leased propane tanks are an auto, and you will find this unanimous among most providers. We are a small business with real customer service representatives, so communicating to our company that you were unhappy with our price and planned to switch providers could have further prevented any automatic deliveries. Our price per gallon may seem above other companies, but we do not surprise you with added delivery fees after your delivery has already happened. We sincerely appreciate all the business you have given us and regret that you are no longer a customer of ******************** LP Gas.
