      Recently went to 2 separate locations for oil change #1. Initially asked if they had my filter for my car. They replied yes. They wrestled my glove compartment open and told me they did not have a cabin filter, that I would have to go elsewhere. They said something was dead and smelling bad under my car. Stressed me out so bad I walked across the street for cigarettes. Yes, I left my car!! When I returned they literally wrestled my glove compartment back together. They also apologized, saying they were out of fluids, they would not be able to top me off, if I went elsewhere within two weeks I could get someone else to do it.#2. I get to the second one and discover number one had either broken or taken my glove box strut, the piece that opens the glove compartment softly, instead of slamming open. They put my cabin filter in charged me a ridiculous amount of money and now I cant use the outdoor air without hearing an annoying, loud whistle. *** tried to call the first repeatedly and their mailbox is full and they dont answer the phone. Ive yet to try the second one. I will never, do business here again and I will forever tell people to avoid it. Unless they do right by me, I will not change my mind.

      THE ENTIRE TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE #*** LOCATION AT ********************************************************************** SMELLED OF POT. THIS IS A CORPORATE GARAGE NOT A FRANCHISE. Attempting to reach the owner of the franchise leads you down a rabbit hole to a NY real estate firm. The ******** location is supposedly owned by Q LUBE *** NO *************************************. THE TAKE 5 #*** destroyed our truck's engine by draining the oil out of the vehicle and not refilling it during an "oil change" - During this "oil change" the shop manager made strange comments about the oil level continuing to rise - must have seen they couldn't detect any oil with the dipstick. The vehicle was taken to a different shop when the oil light and check engine light came on. Their FAKE insurance company FLEET SERVICES insisted it get towed to a third garage and asked for numerous photos and explanations from the third garage which told them the engine was destroyed because they drained all the oil out. Their FAKE insurance company says the file will be closed for no explanation. They pretend their insurance will review the vehicle damage but would not send an adjuster to the garage we barely made it to after their "oil change." They are owned by TAKE 5 CORPORATE. Their FAKE insurance lies, won't return phone calls and refuses to send out their own adjuster. ALL THEY DO IS WAIT FOR YOU TO GIVE UP. NEVER GO TO TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE LOCATIONS ANYWHERE.

      Just got my oil change at Take 5 on ***********************. Everyone in my vehicle was offered a cold bottle of water. **** explained the available services well and I chose the Mobile One *********************** He additionally, filled my tires with air to specs and washed my front window. He helped me decide whether or not I should use my $20 off coupon or my military 25% discount. I tried to use both , unfortunately he wasn't allowed by policy. I'll be back ! Thanks **** and his professional crew

      Took my ******* Sonata here for an oil change and the tech left the oil drain plug loose causing the oil to spill out. Now my vehicle need a new engine and the company has yet to respond. I have tried calling multiple times a day for the past 2 weeks leaving numerous voicemails and emails with no response. Terrible place and even worse management.

      They put widow washer in my coolant tank and tried to tell me that it was blue coolant. I have one of the employees, on video, admitting that the only fluid in the shop that's blue is the window washer.

      Going back to the take 5 #3 location **********, La.. they cross threaded my s**** in my oil *** and it cost me $600.00 to get the Chevrolet dealer to change out the pan with new s**** and oil change ***** dealer gave me toe old pan with the s**** in it and said to that the pan back to Take 5 #3 in **********. May he will pay for new pan and labor.

      Two months after a Take 5 Oil Change I took my car to a shop for a coolant leak. They found the coolant leak and an oil leak I didn't know about. I seems i was almost two quarts low on oil because the Oil Filter was loose and leaking. When I took the mechanics written notes to Take 5 I was told the entire crew at the time of my oil change is no longer employed by Take 5. Thank GOD the Oil Leak was found before becoming more costly.

      04/22/24 - I took my 2012 **** F-150 to Take 5 in ******, **. They changed my oil about 4 months ago. I happened to be in ********* a couple of weeks ago, and noticed that my mileage indicated that it was time for an oil change. So, I had it done there (not a Take 5 location). At the end of the oil change, the technician informed me that when it was changed previously, the oil plug had been over torqued and the threads were stripped in the oil pan. He handed me the oil plug, and you could see the pieces of thread from the pan that were still in the threads of the plug. He recommended that I go back to Take 5 and let them know that they owed me an oil pan. He said that they could put in a single use plug that would hold until I could get a new pan. Of course, he was wrong, and I have oil all over my driveway. I just talked to the **** dealership and they are working me up an estimate to replace the oil pan. I did stop in at Take 5 a few days ago, and they were kind enough to shrug their shoulders and tell me that since someone else had already "touched" it, they couldn't be responsible; not that I ever suspected that they would be. So, as you can imagine, I'm not the happiest of campers, I did take the opportunity to read other reviews of Take 5, and I only wish that I had read them before I let them touch my vehicle. Live and learn.

      Horrible experience there They put my oil filter on after a change improperly and oil was spread and got all over my engine and undercarriage of my new car, I complained and they tol me it's my fault..No I have permanent damage to my engine!

      *** WARNING *** These clowns don't have a clue what they're doing. We decided to give them a chance and it was a disaster. They stripped the plug and couldn't figure out how to remove it. When I got home I was able to with a pair of Vise-Grips. They also couldn't figure out how to replace the oil filter. NOT KIDDING! I tried telling them three times it was the wrong filter and they wouldn't listen. While all of that was taking place they were having issues with the other two cars next to us. Watching the bearded idiot running the place (who showed up late to work mind you) trying to figure all of this out was enough to leave. They offered to pay for the plug they ruined if I went next door to the tire place for an oil change and paid double lol. I decided to go to the stealership instead and gave the bill for the plug to the manager at Take 5. He refused to reimburse me the few buck it cost to replace the plug they destroyed so now the whole world gets to read this. Avoid this place at all costs!
