      Do NOT recommend. Had my oil change done on my 2016 sonata and 1.5 weeks later my car dies and will not start again. Filed a claim and the proceeded to tell me that they told me my car had an oil pan gasket leak, when they never once mentioned that. Even if that was the case, there is no way my car would leak so much oil that I couldn't see it on the dipstick in 1.5 weeks, and me not notice anything under my car wherever I went. I then asked for compensation since I had to get a new car when my sonata was paid off, and I have heard nothing back. I have been dealing with this issue for a month. DO not waste your time, go to valveline or a dealership instead.

      I had a troubling experience at your ******, ** location on ******. I came in for a routine oil change, but after the service, I heard a dragging sound from underneath my car. I returned to the parking lot and found the skid plate was improperly installed. ****, the manager, explained they had difficulty reinstalling the screws and used a quick fix with a pin, which he didnt inform me about. I told him that this was unacceptable, as I had arrived with no issues and expected to leave the same way. I asked him to document the repair with a video, which he ****** **** worked on fixing the issue, I heard multiple sounds from an impact drill, which seemed odd since only one bolt was missing. **** finished and mentioned that he borrowed screws from another customers car with a damaged skid plate. I pulled out of the bay, but then I heard a clacking noise from the passenger side. Upon inspection, I found a bolt lodged in my tire. The placement of the bolt was precise and could only have been done with a drill.I confronted ****, and he seemed nervous when I pointed out the bolt. I requested a refund for the service and compensation for the tire damage. **** tried to process the refund but claimed his system was down. He took my info for a claim, but when I asked for documentation, he didnt provide anything.After taking my car to a tire shop, I learned the bolt was an engine splash shield bolt, the same type used during the oil change. This further suggests the bolt was maliciously placed in my tire by ******* family and I were at the shop for over three hours for a simple oil change. As a military service member, I value integrity and safety. Gabes actions not only misled me but also put my family and me at risk. I hope to resolve this matter quickly, but if not, I will consider further action.

      The technician and night manager at the location that I went to on Black Friday were very kind and explained the process. This was my first time coming here. They were Professional and helpful in providing the rationale behind suggestions they were making, as well as helping me to decide the most cost-effective choices for my car and how often I drive it. They checked the air In my tires also. I highly recommend Take 5 and I plan on being a repeat customer.

      Do NOT use this place. They ripped off my 19 year old daughter by using a higher priced oil than what they agreed on, did not replace the oil filter and charged her $50 for a cabin air filter that is $10 on ******. When I tried to call them, I spent 30 min waiting on the phone only to be transferred to an overflow call center where they could do nothing. Done to a military family, so not military friendly as they advertise.

      If I could give this place a 1 star I would. Recently got my oil change, 5 DAYS LATER my car cut off on me. Got my car towed to a mechanic shop and found out that my engine is damaged (locked) due to not having oil. Checked my dipstick and its dry. My car has no leaks or any engine damages before this. ******** company I will never recommend!

      I use the Take 5 location in *****, **. near USF for my oil changes. I've taken three vehicles and a friends car there over the past couple years. Tonio and the team are always courteous, friendly and professional and they don't try to sell me unnecessary repairs. I also appreciate coupons.

      This message is in regards to a very unpleasant experience we had at store #****.The only information that I have was the supervisor that was on duty (****) and the first name of the district manager (****). We requested her contact information so that we could reach out to explain our situation. Unfortunately we were not given any information. As a result, the police were contacted and a report was made to document our experience. Our visit was a routine follow up of an oil change. However, upon arriving I sat in the service bay for 30 minutes before I was advised that the oil pan plug could not be removed and your employee did not want to cause any further damage to the vehicle, so we were instructed that no work would be done and the vehicle would need to be taken to the dealership. The question was then asked, did your store have the invoice from the work that was done in April 2024 which indicated that your store was the last one to perform service. The invoice clearly indicated that your store was the last one to install the s**** into the oil pan. So it is not our fault that the plug could not be removed. It was due to neglect of your own employees. Nevertheless, the vehicle will now have to be taken to the dealership to be repaired where a larger expense will most likely be incurred as a result of your error.I would appreciate it if someone could get back to us or reply to this email so that we can handle this hopefully in a better manner in which your employee did because he (****) was very rude and unprofessional to the point where he was getting an attitude and loud and literally walked away.
