I contacted you over the past 3 months to cancel this bill and reached out to the merchant. I contacted them 3 months ago and cancelled this, I shouldn't have to continue calling you back every month about the same problem. I don't know how to continue from here because your site is stupid and won't allow me to get past this point. This is why I'm cancelling my cards with you, your service is horribleBank of America

I sincerely do not have the time to leave a review of Bank of America but I am making the time because I do not want others to make the same mistake I did. Got a credit card, paid it on time with no issue whenever I used it. Most of the time it was at zero balance. I wanted to make sure it was paid on time so I set up autopay for the statement balance to ensure it was never missed. I actually paid it off before the autopay date. Wondering why it would still take the payment when the account balance on the payment date was zero. So apparently the Software is not sophisticated enough to check the balance before drafting the autopay? Ok fine, I have a credit balance. Since Im not using the card enough to use the credit balance I request it be returned to me. First time I call Im told 7-10 days. A month later I call after not receiving the credit Im told, no one submitted a case to return that over payment to me and it will take 10 days. Third time I call case was previously submitted but it actually takes two billing cycles to receive the money back. Im done, cancelling card as soon as I get my money back m. Save your time dont use them for anything!Bank of America

Bank of America has a serious hypocritical issue. On one hand, the bank has services that teach its customers to become more ******************** savvy. Great appreciation. Yet, there is a big issue. You cannot make principal only payments on your auto loan in a convenient manner. You have to call an agent which increases average handle time for them and inconveniences you as a customer. Then, your payment is slow to be processed *so they can take advantage of simple daily interest accumulation. The agent will tell you that you literally have to open an account with them but can't transfer monies outside *** so that you can receive notice of your payment. This is crazy!! My bank processed my principal only payment 2 days ago and the *** balance still doesn't reflect it. This is a contradictory business model. However, they have the wrong customer. As soon as my balance is paid in full, I will ensure I will never use Bank of America for any of my accounts. And opening an account will never happen with me. It's asanine. Even other financial institutions have a principal only payment option in their customer portal. This is nonsensical and manipulative. If they did right by the customer, more customers would trust them. This situation presents a major pause.Bank of America

I got their travel reward card for international travel only to find that you cant make any international transactions or even purchase flights on the card without a long process of approving each and every transaction. So Everytime you try to use the card you have to spend an hour on hold to have someone approve it before it goes through. They say that's ****** fault not theirs but my chase **** works fine (albeit with an international transaction fee). Cancelled the card (and took a credit hit) within a few months of having it. Also their online payment portal is the most confusing and un-user friendly I've ever seen.Bank of America

Very difficult contact them. Their app and services are not user friendly. Average charged interest, I had abalnced of ****** paid $441 so there was a balance left of ******. and then the following day I ran into cash and paid of the balance of ****** not realizing that the balance was ****** because of the 441 I had paid the day before. The following bill came in with a balanced of ****** eventhou I had sent $441 extra by mistake which they had returned. Very bad experience with them so far. They need to be more transparent with their customers.Bank of America

What can be said about Bank of America that hasnt already been said. Terrible banking company that shouldnt exist. Ive been with them since 2012 because it was all over the place and easy to access money. So I stayed with them and didnt have too many issues I deemed worthy to leave. In 1 year I had two random fees charged to my account and instead of notifying me and locking my card for potential fraud they just canceled it causing all sorts of issues. This week was the final straw. I had no money in my account waiting to get paid, 1 day with no money they charge me a fee, for one day ridiculous. I called to see if they could change it back but no I asked 1 day and **** from ******** responded with thats how it works. I cant believe 1 day for a monthly fee and you give no ***** period its ridiculous. If you havent already left this terrible bank whether you support their political view points or not you should leave. Im resolved to pay my fee in *******.Bank of America

I have been with BANK OF AMERICA for 28 years, that long ago they were a decent Bank, but they have changed so much over the years and now they are such a corrupted disappointment of a bank and business establishment. Ive been trying to switch from a mileage plan credit card to a regular credit card from Bank of America because I cannot pay the annual fees anymore, but they will not allow it. They tell me Either I have to cancel my Mileage Plan credit card after ******************************************************************** be stuck with paying the annual fees forever, even though I cannot travel anymore. If this is not a scam to take your money, I dont know what is? BANK OF AMERICA does not deserve loyal customers because apparently after 28 years, they dont have any options for their customers without damaging their credit report. I will write reviews on their website and spread the word of mouth that how terrible this Bank is, no one should do business with them. I wish there was an option for zero stars because they dont even deserve one. S.MBank of America

I've been with bank of America two years now and I've been nothing but stressed out.... since I got a account with them money has been walking out my account like it's me spending it and bank of America also took money out my account themselves because they assumed the money that was taken out my account by God knows who they assumed I wanted half of it back like really.... I currently lost my job and to see a great amount of money out my account hurts cause that's what I need to live off until I find another job ..... if bank of America can't get my money back in my account most definitely closing this account like I did truist ... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK EITHER....Bank of America

I have no idea why they have you make an appointment to see someone at a branch. Have made 3 appointments to see a banker. None were ready on time. Today had an appointment at 12:30. Arrived a couple minutes early . At 12:50 i asked if there was a problem. They said no, just wait. I have an appointmemt at ***** tomorow to move my 8 accountsBank of America
