      my wife and I have been with bank of america for 25 years never had any issues. untill recently, I had a large amount of money basically stolen from me by a law firm ***************************** in *************, when I disputed the charges they did not help me at all. So by the end of the year 2025 We will be fully switched to a new Financial institution. Good Bye *** and thanks for nothing!

      *** is a fraudulent business. I am grateful that it is crumbling under its own dark, backward, exploitative ways. Grateful that folks are waking up in droves and taking their money out of this corrupt organization. Any organization that treats human beings in this way should not exist. Words can not describe the level of impotence and incompetence. Take back your power (and money) beautiful people! ??

      I inadvertently made a payments twice to my credit card balance and called on 2/11/2025 to report it AND today after being on hold for ************************************************************************************************************ didnt know how to address my issue. It didnt take them 10 days to clear my extra payment why is it taking longer to get it back? I think they owe me a LATE fee! Terrible customer service for a customer over 5 years!! I will take my business elsewhere !

      I have been a loyal Bank of America customer for 45 years, but my recent experience at the [Branch Location] on February 18, 2025, was beyond disappointing. I had a scheduled appointment at 1:00 PM, yet I was completely overlooked. The bank associate, ******** *******, took a white male customer back immediately after he walked in, despite my scheduled appointment. I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes.When ******** finished assisting him, instead of calling me next, she made me wait an additional 10 minutes while she spoke with other customers. Finally, when I was assisted, I was incorrectly told that my I-9 documents could not be notarized by Bank of America. I have had I-9 documents notarized here before, so I called customer service to confirm whether the policy had changed. I was informed that the policy remains the sameBank of America does notarize I-9 documents. The representative assured me that someone would follow up regarding my complaint, but I have yet to hear from anyone.I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and discriminated against due to the color of my skin. This treatment is completely unacceptable, especially from a bank I have trusted for decades. I am extremely disappointed and will be reconsidering my relationship with Bank of America. **************** should be fair and respectful to all, regardless of race.I hope Bank of America takes immediate action to address this issue and ensure that no other customers are treated this way.

      My work used to use them for 401k services until last year. I need to log in to get tax information but I am locked out of my account. I have been on the phone now for two and a half hours on hold waiting for someone to pick me up just so I can get my account unlocked so I can find a simple tax form so I can file my taxes. I even used my wife's phone to call and got the same thing we would be on hold for an hour before someone would pick up. This is beyond the worst customer service I have experienced.

      Bank of America is in violation of section ******b of regulation cc. They have placed a 14 day hold on a cashiers check. They did not release any of the funds to date. This check was deposited on February 14th 2025. $49,650 was the total deposit. According to the federal reserve regulations they are allowed to place a on the remainder of the check however the $5,000 should have been made available February 15th ********************************************* over the past 3 years. Its a clear violation of the law

      *** has shady business practices. I sent an international wire to ******** and they withheld it stating Portugal is a sanctioned country (no it is not). In my pursuits to find my wire, let alone find the money with it, I was verbally harassed, belittled, and talked to in such a demeaning manner that I have tried to file a formal complaint against at least one of their employees. I received on 2/29/2025 a letter postmarked for 2/10/2025, the day I was on the phone with them and assured my wire was going through, stating my wire had been rejected. I was told the money would be returned but any information about the wire has been scrubbed. I was told this was standard business practice, and my bank statements have a mysterious gap around the date of the hold. I have contacted my local government, and you should all consider using different banks or your local credit union.

      I turned in a fraud claim February 7th for $1000.00. After 7 phones and countless hours lost on hold the claim was denied. Reopened another claim now the waiting game again . Horrible customer service, would get nothing but attitude when trying to express how much that money meant to my family. Every phone call I would get a different answer on how long it would be till I got my money back , now it sounds like I'm just out my money and they could careless . Becareful people choose a better bank , don't pick one that doesn't have their customers back in fraud cases

      I would strongly suggest not using *** for a business account. I opened one and got a business credit card. The online account shows 2 cards. When I asked about it they said not to worry, its for the banks account ***** In actuallity its just a way for them to s**** you on the interest they charge and collect more late fees. Its very confusing. If you pay off tge higher balance tge balance on tge lower one doesnt change, then they add it to the other card# and hit you with fees. Its a big scam. I am leaving *** for good. They also make it very difficult to add auto pay for a credit card.
